Are Pickney Pocket tees actually made to order?
Yes, each Pickney Pocket Pocket is handcrafted once your order is received.
What is your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 30 days of your order date of delivery.
To process a return please send an email to info@pickneypocket.com with your Order #.
You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please allow 7-14 business days to process your return.
How is my order shippped?
All orders are shipped via USPS.
How can I track my order?
You are able to track your order via USPS Tracking with the tracking number that was sent to the email address placed with your order.
Once your order has been accepted by USPS, Pickney Pocket is not responsible lost, delayed, and stolen packages.
When will I receive my pocket tee once I submit my order?
Because the pocket tees are made to order it takes 4-6 business days to process and an additional 3-5 business days for shipping in the continental US. The above does not apply to custom pocket tee orders.
